Get to know Hannah Fae...
Behind the Artist
Hannah Fae is an indie folk artist from the Great Lake State. Hannah writes all of her tunes and has played guitar for over a decade. Her easily identifiable vocals range from a high rock belt to a songbird-like soprano sound. She got her start in singing through musical theatre performance. During her studies at university, she picked up her guitar and started to take songwriting seriously. Whether it be an acoustic set or a show with her full band, Hannah is always playing live shows at various venues/festivals. That classic/live instrument feel is what has inspired Hannah in the writing/recording process. With Hannah’s unique vocal delivery and songwriting skills, the listener enters a cinematic world. Whether it be one of her sultry sunset songs or heartfelt ballad, each original song has been written with care, vulnerability, and an endless amount of love. Hannah’s music is whimsical and free yet full of raw emotion. She also pulls inspiration for the favorite place in the entire world, the wilderness. Hannah grew up in a house in the middle of the forest. Trees as far as the eye could see. She would often go out to the old swing in her backyard, singing whatever came into her mind until the sunset. She would look up at the stars and wonder if there was someone out there that could hear her. Someone to connect to. Even if just for a moment. Some of her biggest influences include Stevie Nicks, Fiona Apple, Taylor Swift, Suki Waterhouse, and Samia
